What is SI-Plug?
SI-Plug is a product company with five products: Offerra, Recruitment Agent, AI Customer Resolution Engine, WhatsApp Business Automation, and Jobra. Recruitment Agent and WhatsApp Business Automation are complete, and the other three are in development.
Does SI-Plug build software for other companies?
SI-Plug focuses on designing and building its own products.

Products and availability
Can I use the products today?
Recruitment Agent and WhatsApp Business Automation are complete. Contact SI-Plug to ask about using them. Offerra, AI Customer Resolution Engine, and Jobra are in development, and no launch dates have been announced. Get product updates to hear when that changes.
Who are the products for?
Offerra is for candidates and employers. Recruitment Agent is for recruiters and hiring teams. AI Customer Resolution Engine is for customer support and operations teams. WhatsApp Business Automation is for businesses handling customer conversations. Jobra is for students, graduates, job seekers, and professionals.
How are Offerra, Recruitment Agent, and Jobra different?
Offerra focuses on discovery between candidates and employers. Recruitment Agent supports a hiring team’s own workflow. Jobra helps people explore opportunities and prepare for them.
Do the products work together?
They are separate products. Shared accounts, shared data, or integrations between them haven’t been announced.
How much do the products cost?
Prices haven’t been published for any product. To ask about a completed product, contact SI-Plug.
Offerra
Is Offerra available yet?
Not yet. Offerra is in development and no launch date has been announced. You can get updates about Offerra to hear when that changes.
Will employers see my contact details?
The intention is for candidates to control what employers can see. Detailed privacy settings will be confirmed before Offerra launches.
Does Offerra guarantee a job or an interview?
No. Offerra is being designed to create introductions. Hiring decisions stay with employers, and the choice to respond stays with you.
How is Offerra different from Jobra?
Offerra is about employers and candidates discovering each other. Jobra is for exploring opportunities and preparing for them on your own.
Recruitment Agent
Does Recruitment Agent decide who gets hired?
No. It helps with preparation and coordination. People make every hiring decision.
Can it remove bias from hiring?
No tool can promise that. Recruitment Agent keeps its reasoning visible and keeps people reviewing each step, but fair hiring remains the hiring team’s responsibility.
Does it connect to our applicant tracking system?
No integrations have been announced. Contact SI-Plug to talk through your current setup.
How is it different from Offerra?
Offerra is a discovery space between candidates and employers. Recruitment Agent supports a hiring team’s own internal workflow once a role is open.
AI Customer Resolution Engine
Will it answer every customer request automatically?
No. It is being designed to answer what approved information covers and to hand everything else to your team.
Where do the answers come from?
Only from sources your team approves. Suggested answers are intended to show their source so they can be checked.
Can it issue refunds or change customer accounts?
That isn’t part of the current design. Actions like these stay with your team.
How is it different from WhatsApp Business Automation?
The engine focuses on resolving support questions. WhatsApp Business Automation focuses on organizing WhatsApp conversations and approved messages for a team.
WhatsApp Business Automation
Is this an official WhatsApp product?
No. It is a product built by SI-Plug. Using it depends on the WhatsApp Business Platform’s own requirements and approvals.
Do message templates need approval?
Some do. Business messaging on WhatsApp follows the platform’s policies, and exact requirements depend on the platform and your account.
Can I send bulk promotional messages?
That isn’t the focus. The product is built for conversations customers start, and for expected messages such as reminders.
How is it different from the AI Customer Resolution Engine?
This product organizes WhatsApp conversations for a team. The AI Customer Resolution Engine focuses on answering support questions from approved information.
Jobra
Are the jobs shown on this page real?
No. The listings in the concept preview are illustrative examples. Jobra isn’t live yet.
Is Jobra the same as careers at SI-Plug?
No. Jobra is a product for exploring opportunities in general. Roles at SI-Plug itself appear on our careers page.
How is Jobra different from Offerra?
Jobra is for exploring and preparing on your own. Offerra is being designed so employers can discover candidates, with candidates deciding whether to respond.
Will Jobra cost anything?
Pricing hasn’t been announced for any SI-Plug product.

How do I hear about launches?
Register on the product updates page and choose the products you’re interested in. Registering records your interest. It doesn’t reserve access or guarantee an invitation.
